AdaptationHubs is carried out by a multidisciplinary consortium of 32 European partners, bringing together expertise from different countries within the EU-27 as well as networks with experience in cross-EU collaboration. The consortium includes research institutions, civil society organisations, networks with climate or city/regional specialties, in partnership with national authorities. The project is coordinated by REGEA (North-West Croatia Regional Energy and Climate Agency).
