We are testing new ways of working and new solutions, learning and sharing what we do to speed up the transition journey. Together we are mobilising businesses, civil society, citizens and universities. The Climate City Contract 2030 tool is the hub of this joint effort. Key initiatives are Climate City Contract 2030, mission infrastructure for coordination and support, system demonstrators for experimentation and implementation, and Transition Lab for orchestration and reflexive learning. Stakeholders engaged include national ministries, agencies, County Administrative Boards, municipalities, academia, civil society, and the private sector.

The purpose is to facilitate multilevel governance when it comes to Climate- mitigation and -adaptation to reach the mission Climate Neutral Cities 2030 with a good life for all within the limits of the planet.
