The Romanian adaptation hub is developed around the RO-ADAPT platform (https://www.roadapt.ro/?lang=en). The RO-ADAPT platform was built by the National Meteorological Administration (ANM) for the implementation of the updated National Adaptation Strategy (approved by the government in August 2024).

The overall objective of NAH is to unify  the national efforts to build an adaptation network, consisting of researchers, practitioners, decision-makers and politicians, non-governmental actors and private companies at national, regional, local and sectoral levels, synchronized with similar European efforts.
